No Parties or Loud Music: This is a peaceful residential area. Parties, gatherings, and loud music are strictly prohibited. Breach will result in a £250 penalty fee.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Security and Safety: Guests must not share building entry codes or access instructions with third parties. Any breach of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
Check-Out Policy: Standard check-out time is 10:00am. Unapproved late check-outs may result in a penalty fee. Blocking entry (e.g. by attaching a chain or other mechanism) to prevent cleaning access after check-out is prohibited and will incur a fine.
No Commercial Activity: The use of the property for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to sex work, is strictly prohibited. Breach of this clause will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of payment, and possible police involvement.
Guest Conduct and Safety: Guests must not engage in behaviour that could disturb neighbours or compromise the safety and reputation of the building. Any criminal activity or suspicious behaviour may be reported to local authorities.
Vandalism or Retaliation: Any act of vandalism — including suspected third-party retaliation linked to guest activity — will be treated as a serious incident and reported.
Key and Access Responsibility: Guests are responsible for returning all keys to the designated location. A £50 replacement fee applies to lost keys.
Damage and Reporting: All damages or issues must be reported immediately. Failure to do so may result in charges. Any damages will be reported to the booking platform, and guests may be held financially responsible.
Secure the Property: Please ensure all windows are closed and doors are locked when leaving to prevent damage or theft.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
