Meanwhile, our 1-bedroom apartments offer 2 double beds and 1 bathroom, along with WiFi, a television, and a fully equipped kitchen. Minutes walk from The Headrow (principle city centre street) , your apartment is located down a side street and could not be more central. The pictures show a mix of our apartments. Your apartment will have the same spec kitchen, bathroom and so on. It will look similar to the pictures, but we have used slightly different colour schemes and panelling in each flat! Vandalism or Retaliation: Any act of vandalism — including suspected third-party retaliation linked to guest activity — will be treated as a serious incident and reported.

Key and Access Responsibility: Guests are responsible for returning all keys to the designated location. A £50 replacement fee applies to lost keys.

Damage and Reporting: All damages or issues must be reported immediately. Failure to do so may result in charges. Any damages will be reported to the booking platform, and guests may be held financially responsible.

Secure the Property: Please ensure all windows are closed and doors are locked when leaving to prevent damage or theft.
