Arty, two bedroom, Edwardian terraced, ex-colliery coastal cottage in a friendly, up and coming, area with good local amenities and walking distance to the beach, Castle Eden Dene nature reserve, river and viaduct. The house features Urban art murals throughout, well equipped kitchen, 58 inch smart TV and bathroom with bath and mixer shower. Free on street parking with plenty of space. To the rear is a yarden - a gravelled yard garden) with sheltered seating area. Well behaved pets are welcome.
Born in the 60s. Love all music. Pets include cats, dogs, chickens and ducks. Blackhall Colliery is a great place to live and visit with the beach and castle Eden Dene nature 10 minutes away for walks. I take great pride in providing clean interesting unique accommodation.
Blackhall Colliery is ideally placed for those who love beach and village life, with the bonus of all the amenities you might need local shops, takeaways and hotel restaurant and cafe nearby. With the option to visit the major cities of Durham to the West, Middlesborough, Stockton On Tees to the South Along with Sunderland and Newcastle to the North. All within a half hour radius. approx. Not forgetting the Durham Heritage coast and Castle Eden Dene Nature reserve on your doorstep
