The master bedroom features a king-size bed, the second room has a double bed, and the third room offers a single bed, ensuring ample space for everyone. The family bathroom includes both a bath and a shower cubicle, providing convenient options for your stay. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, while the dining area comfortably seats six. The living room offers a sofa and a TV with an aerial connection, perfect for unwinding. There’s a fold-out sofa bed in the sitting room. A Z-bed and linen can be provided upon request, offering extra sleeping space if needed. Outside, you'll find an enclosed rear garden—a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. This home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal base for your stay. Your well-behaved dog is welcome for a small fee. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide toiletries and other amenities upon your arrival, ensuring a fantastic start to your experience. -Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.

-If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.

-The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.
