- Easy access to City Centre. - Close proximity to the university. - Very spacious with back garden. - Large Kitchen with appliances including Gas Cooker, Fridge, Freezer. - Living room & Dining Room. - Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. - Walking Distance to University / Hospital / Town - Permit Street Parking available - STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS This house is spacious and beautifully renovated to create a peaceful and convenient space for families, group friend stays and contractors.

Neighbourhood information

- Quiet road near the city centre. - Corner shops available. - Takeaway shops and the Co-op within walking distance. We do not have a driveway but there is on street parking which is permit parking. We do have limited passes so you may have to enquire about this. Disabled parking available. There are some free parking roads a 10 min walk away on Blenheim Road (10 min walk) and Auckland Road (17 min walk away). Easy access to transport links direct to Reading Town Centre.
