Feel cosy and settled in this top-floor flat with good privacy. Nestled above the town, you can peer over the lengthy balcony to see out across Borehamwood. The stylish interior is modern and well-equipped for short and long-term stays. Three large bedrooms with plenty of space. Tidy, clean and stylish open-plan kitchen with lounge and dining area. Superfast full fibre optic wifi. Washer/dryer. Two bathrooms. Conveniently located just off the A1 - and only a couple minutes from the M1 and M25. Just a 3-min walk away, you will find a big Lidl. A 24-hr Shell service station is next door. Parking There is a space allocated within the ground floor of the gated on site car park - the car park gate can be accessed using a remote fob. If you have day guests visiting they can use one of the guest car parking spaces which require a day guest pass, which we can provide on request. Note these spots are first come first served.
