Spacious and luxurious large 5-bedrooms town house in Aylesford, Kent, located 2 minutes’ drive from Junction 4 of the M20 Motorway. The property is ideal for guests travelling to and from Europe to the UK. New Hythe train station is also within walking distance (7 mins) and connects to London and Maidstone (a local town). A Tesco Superstore is just 1 minutes’ drive away or 5 minutes’ walk from the property. There is also a beautiful place nearby for a family walking around Leybourne Lake.

The property is in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood area. The community is safe and well-behaved. Please respect the neighbours in the property area. Tesco Superstore is open from 6 am to 12 am during weekdays and Saturdays. Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm. You can buy all the necessary food and drink from there. The property is 2 minutes’ drive from Junction 4 of M20 motorway. Exit from Junction 4 of the M20 motorway and follow A228 towards Rochester. After exiting from the roundabout, turn right onto A20 towards Leybourne Road. Drive past the Tesco Superstore and at the roundabout, follow the road ahead. After the roundabout, take the first road onto Abery Drive and follow Eaton Place. You will park the car on the driveway number 20 (in front of the garage).
