This is a recently refurbished, modern, open plan, spacious house which ticks all the boxes for families to make lovely memories. Just a stones throw from the famous North Shore Golf Course and just a few minutes walk from the Iconic Blackpool beach front and Blackpool town centre is what makes this property a great destination. The open plan kitchen is perfect for friends, small or large families getting together over dinner and a few drinks!

This property is just 15 minutes from the M55 and has off road parking.
The location is just minutes from the Blackpool beach front and if you wish you can jump on the tram to Blackpool town centre or Cleveleys promenade.
Blackpool is renowned for visitor attractions such as Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Blackpool Zoo and Blackpool’s iconic Grand Theatre, to name but a few.
Lytham St Anne’s is a short drive away which is buzzing with bars, cafes and shops.
This property is just minutes from the promenade so if you have a bike rack bring your bikes for a sea air pedal along Blackpool’s coastal road!!
