An ideal stay-away-home for working away, business travel or adventures with family or friends. We’ve prepared this two-storey home with TLC to sleep up to 8 guests with everything in place to make it a home from home so you can quickly settle in. Bedrooms: 3 stylish bedrooms and a lounge with a sofa bed for a good night’s rest. Bedroom 1 has a cosy small double, Bedroom 2 has comfy double, Bedroom 3 offers 2 x single beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe. There's a small double sofa bed in the living room (24 hours notice required to prepare sofa bed). Kitchen: Light, spacious, designer style. Fully equipped with hob, fan oven / grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine; everything you need if you like to cook and access to the private backyard. Dining room: A large dining room with a solid dining table to host 8 - 10 guests. This room also has a desk area to use. Living room: Calming lounge with a large corner sofa that also turns into a double sofa bed. Relax and stream your favourites on the smart TV or play a game from the selection we've provided. Downstairs WC: For your convenience we've installed a downstairs toilet Bathroom: Upstairs is a generous size 3-piece bathroom suite with a bath / shower. Back Yard: A private secure back yard patio area. Location: Near enough to get to the buzz of the big city and close to Etihad Stadium, Co-OP LIVE Arena and National Cycling Centre. Everything you need is nearby within a short walk or metro ride. Just a few minutes walk to Metro station, Aldi Supermarket, Costa and Greggs. Only 10 mins drive from the M60 / M62 motorways making it a super central base for the Northwest! Parking: Free street parking for 2 vehicle in front of the house. Car reg required. Free off-street parking on nearby retail park. Pets: Want to bring your dog with you? Chargeable Pet Stay option available on request. Wifi: Ultrafast WiFi - Stream your favourite shows, surf the net or get on with your work or online meetings.
