Property information

New in 2022, this fantastic home has been renovated to a very high standard. It is perfectly located for quick access to the centre of bustling Mousehole harbour and its shops, pubs & restaurants (200m), and yet is fortunate to enjoy its own unrivalled space and large gardens. The home benefits from spectacular panoramic sea views right across the bay to St Michael's Mount. Rare for central Mousehole, it also has an off-street parking space with a 7.2kW EV charging point.

Neighbourhood information

The property is easy to access and is located just before the road becomes extremely narrow and windy through the centre of the village. It is genuinely perfectly located - only 200m from the centre of the village, but just enough out of the centre to be peaceful and high enough to enjoy commanding and expansive views of the bay right across to St Michael's Mount. There are many restuarants, bars, shops and galleries just a minute or two's walk from the property - no taxis needed! Private off street parking is available at the property for 1 vehicle, there is a large ‘Pay & Display’ car park 50m away. The Village is small and the streets are narrow so walking is best, Mousehole is at the end of a bus route to the Market town of Penzance, the bus route passes through the the famous working fishing Village of Newlyn. Buses leave Penzance to all of other nearby towns and a Villages, the bus station is adjacent to the Train Station which is at the end of the Main line for the UK.
