This is a new built property. some satnav struggles to find it out. when coming towards Braunton, As you pass garage, Squire restaurant turn left at the traffic light. As you come in the south street, immediately on the right you will see Bowen Court. Go through Arcade. 9 Bowen Court is 2nd last property on the left hand side. Its a Cul-de-Sac.
