This three storey townhouse is just a 5 minute drive to Telford International Centre/Telford Town Centre and conveniently located with a supermarket, take aways and a Marstons pub within a 2 minute walk. Having driveway parking for three and a private garden, this house offers comfortable accommodation with three bedrooms, two reception rooms and two bathrooms plus downstairs toilet. Having cloakroom/WC, kitchen, lounge and conservatory to the ground floor, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) plus bathroom to the first floor and large double bedroom having walk in wardrobe plus a shower room to the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, bed linen and towels are provided for all guests, along with basic toiletries, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, highchair, travel cot and smart TV to the lounge and all bedrooms. Guest Access: All internal space plus the rear garden and driveway for parking. Please note, the garage is not for use of guests.

Set in a quiet estate, back off the road on a private driveway only a 5 minute drive from Telford International Centre/Telford Centre/Telford Town Park. With the M54 junction 6 being a 2 minute drive away and a good central point to get to the rest of Telford and beyond. Just a 2 minute stroll to Morrisons, local Gym, Greggs, Subway, Dominos and Papa Johns along with a local Indian restaurant Ashukaa. There's a play park and local green spaces close by, a great area for children to explore! Driveway parking for three to the front, on street parking is also available. Lawley is on a bus route and Telford and Wellington train stations are also close by and accessible via buses.
