Beautiful well kept house located in peaceful Aveley, Essex with great access to central London within 30 minutes via range of stations including, Ockendon, Purfleet, Rainham. Perfect access to Lakeside Shopping centre and retail park (5 minutes drive), short drive to Blue Water shopping centre (12 minutes drive) and easy access to kent via the M25. Ideal for nature lovers as the property is backed up to greenery with nice walking trails, generous garden with edible fruits and produce.
Out-going poet and IT consultant who loves to explore the world and meet people from all walks of life. Always down for a beer or 2 Very little interaction with guests, however we will be available to assist should assistance be needed.
The neighbourhood has a wonderful balance of both urban and rural feel. There are many public paths through fields and a nature reserve close by. The local high street which is within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the property has a range of shops, restaurants and amenities such as a Co-op, post office, pubs. The Chafford Gorges Nature Park, a 200-acre nature reserve located in Chafford Hundred is also near by (10 minutes drive); this is addition to Belhus Woods Country Park which is a 5 minutes drive. There are also 3 golf courses nearby, there are Belhus Park Golf Course, Mardyke Valley Golf Club and Ingrebourne Links Golf & Country Club, all of which are 15 minutes or less drive from the property. There is a bus stop near the property (less than 2 minutes walk) which provides connections to Lakeside shopping centre, train stations and other parts of Essex and London such as Rainham and Hornchurch. There is of course of street parking for guests who drive, the options to commute with ease exists as the property is located less than 5 minutes drive to the M25.
