Situated in the quiet village of St Margaret's Hope and just a short distance from local shops, restaurants, the bus stop and the ferry terminal for Pentland Ferries. This spacious accommodation includes a sitting room with a wood burning fire and dining table, a fitted kitchen with all the nescessary appliances, laundry room, conservatory leading out to the large back garden, and a bathroom with a toilet and wash hand basin, all on the ground floor. There are three spacious bedrooms comprising one twin room, one double room and one king room.
