Our property, St. Margaret’s Steps, is part of a Grade II listed building, one of the oldest in Topsham with deeds that go back as far as 1765. Lovingly refurbished, this 3 - 4 bedroom property with its own large garden space is right in the heart of the beautiful estuary town of Topsham. We hope you will love its character, views and location.

You'll find this apartment right in the heart of beautiful Topsham, situated at the top of the river Exe. Walk out the back gate and you'll be at the top of the famous Church Steps, the best view in Topsham. There's pubs and restaurants a stones throw away and if you want to go further afield its just a short walk to the station
