Stay Deansgate is a small family company, and was the first to offer short term rental apartments in Manchester back in 2004. We've stayed small so that we can always ensure personal attention and offer the best service. We now specialise in providing accommodation for 'longer short-stays' of 14 nights or more. This makes us ideal for company secondments, longer stay family visits, academic placements or temporary accommodation pending a house move.

Property information

Our one bedroom apartments have plenty of space, full height glass windows, a private balcony, free full-fibre wifi and Smart televisions with Netflix and Britbox access. Comprehensively equipped and the only such properties in the city centre inspected independently by Visit England (4 star grading), the apartments are part of a residential development so you really will feel like a city dweller whilst staying with us. You can use our on-site parking, subject to availability. Our dedicated team based nearby makes sure that your apartment is immaculately prepared for your arrival and provides a weekly service and linen change for longer stays.

Neighbourhood information

We really are at the heart of things in the city centre. Over the road from rail and metrolink stations and the free city centre bus, at one end of Manchester's best known thoroughfare Deansgate, and alongside the historic Castlefield canal basin. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby, including the well known Deansgate Locks bars.
