Amazingly warm new build first floor apartment in a great location. Minutes from the supermarket, Pizza parlour, Bothy Bike shop & Cairngorm Brewery. 'Stelvio' and it's sister flat 'Ventoux' are in the same small block - ideal for two families holidaying together. The interior is finished to a high specification & has everything you need for a romantic weekend away to mountain biking/skiing with the family. Ventoux Apartments, Aviemore can be easily located in G00gle Maps.
Professional couple from a Financial Services and Human Resources background. Two young kids a dog and love of the outdoors.
The location is perfect, walking distance to town and 50m from the local pizza takeaway and Co-op. Bike (inc e-bike) hire is also 50m should you need to hire or get a tune up. There is a playpark 4 minutes walk away on Newlands road. Route7 cafe is an 8 minute walk and serve up an awesome fry up for those lazy days. 1.3 miles from the Tesla Supercharger station at MacDonald Resort. There is a reserved parking spot for the apartment outside the front of the building. 5 minute walk to bus stop 21 minutes walk 1.0 miles from Aviemore Train station
