Eithin Bach is in a rural setting surrounded by fields, Full of sheep and country lanes. We are located in the small village of Bethesda Bach, which has a nice bar restaurant but not a lot else. Just 3 kilometres away the town of Bontnewydd has more facilities. The market and Castletown of Caernarfon is less than 7 kilometers away where you can get anything you need shopping wise and enjoy wonderful harbour and coastal sight seeing.
Just 0.5 kilometers away is Lon Eifion cycle track which allows a safe cycle to Caernarfon.
We are a small family business providing two very comfortable self catering holiday cottages run by Helen and Andy Teasdale. Andy and Helen are both highly qualified and experienced outdoor professionals. Andy holds the British Mountain Guides qualification and Helen holds the UK Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor Award. Both are able to offer high quality guided hill walking, scrambling and rock climbing outings during your stay at Cefn Eithin. Walking on Snowdon or climbing at Gogarth are fantastic day out. Availability and cost can all be discussed during your visit or arranged in advance.
Andy Teasdale is also a very accomplished photographer and an associate member of the Royal Photographic Society ARPS. Andy offers photographic tutorials and guided Mountain and coastal photography workshop.
