Property information

Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and integrated fridge as well as utensils and dining sets for at least 4 people. To the kitchen area you have a lounge dining area, with dining for a least 4 people and a 3 seater sofa which can be extended into a double bed as well as a cosy arm chair. The Lounge and dining area also provides a 43 inch smart TV. Along the hallway you will find a newly fitted bathroom which consist of a toilet, hand basin and a shower. Bedroom has super king zip and link bed that can be set up as super king or 2 singles by request, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. On the ground floor, you can also find a utility room which is for the sole use of this apartment, that will consist of a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, iron and ironing board. There is free Wifi throughout the apartment and it has private off road parking for 1 car. Sofa bed: Please note the sofa bed will be set up for bookings of 3 - 4 people. There is an extra charge if you would like the sofa bed set up for groups of 2 people and under. Please get in touch with us to organise this.

Strawberry line is within ten minutes' walk of Wells historic city centre with its well known High Street that has vast range of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The Wells Market Place has been a focal point of the City over the ages and still is today with a twice weekly market on Wednesday and Saturday selling local produce and goods.
