Features: 1 bedroom with double bed separate private bathroom located in the hallway separate kitchen with essentials, and coffee maker 50" LG TV with Amazon Prime Video 1 sofa Hairdryer and vacuum cleaner in hallway Top Floor Apartment accessible by stairs Allocated Parking Nearby to J11 of the M1 Motorway 10 min walk to Leagrave Thameslink Train Station Mail/Parcel Delivery: Sadly, we do not allow any mail/parcels to be delivered using our Airbnb address. As "Short-term rental guests", any mail you want to receive, you can use the post office nearby for delivery. Any unexpected mail/parcels will be returned to the sender. We provide basic cookware for our guests. Guests can upgrade to nicer quality cookware, but we take a deposit for that. To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial starter pack but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
