If you’re looking for space and style by the sea for up to 10 guests, it’s all right here. You get exclusive use of the entire house including 4 bedrooms on the first floor. Parking at the front, a garden at the side and back, and plenty of luxurious living space to enjoy in between. Downstairs offers plenty of space to socialise or find a quiet spot to relax. There’s a sitting room that gets plenty of natural light through its large window. Come in here to sit and chat or read a book or watch Sky TV on the flat screen. The ground floor also has a Snug with a sofabed and a Nintendo Wii games console, great for a family night in or a competition with friends. The kitchen is modern with high spec appliances giving whoever in your group wants to show-off their culinary skills the tools to do exactly that. There is also a breakfast bar area which gives you a great place to grab a snack any time of the day. Fancy a cup of tea or coffee? Yes, there’s a kettle and coffee machine here too. There’s a separate dining room with a table that will seat up to 8 people for a meal. It’ll also double as a spacious work desk for anyone who has an assignment to complete. It’s from this dining area that you’ll enjoy direct access to the home’s outside space. The back garden has a hot tub, ideal for winding down after a long summer’s day. There’s also a table and chairs, so you can eat al fresco, even get some work done if that’s your reason for visiting Bognor Regis. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with two singles. We’ll leave you to decide who gets what room. But rest assured, all beds are presented to the very highest standards. The family bathroom is upstairs and features a bath with shower over. Towels will be provided. And it’s good to know that there’s a second WC downstairs. Welcome to Bognor Regis in West Sussex. Famed for its sandy beaches and an uncanny knack for having more hours of sunshine than many other places in the UK, this 4-bed house is located within easy reach of the award-winning family-friendly beaches including Aldwick Beach Felpham Beach Pagham and East Beach. East Beach is closest to Bognor Regis town centre where you’ll find a rich variety of shops and coffee ships, bars and restaurants. Here are some other places you might want visit during your stay: Hotham Park - venue for plenty of seasonal events, plus it’s home to a miniature railway, crazy golf, a putting green, boating lake and a children’s play area. There’s also a restaurant and cafe to keep everyone refreshed. South Downs National Park - take in the breathtaking views, slip on your hiking boots for a walk through miles of unspoilt countryside. Butlins - you don’t have to be staying at Butlins to enjoy most of their amazing facilities. Day Passes will grant you access to all kinds of things to do including an arcade, family entertainment on stage throughout the day and a huge, brand-new swimming pool area with slides aplenty providing fun for all ages. Local Restaurants - From the property, it is just a 2-minute walk to either Aldwick high street or the beach! Aldwick High Street contains a handful of restaurants including "Mama Mia" (Italian) and Chez Moi (English/French). The seafront has "The Waverley Pub" (Pub on Seafront) and Aldwick Beach Cafe (perfect for a coffee or pastry after a morning beach stroll). Further afield is Bognor Regis with a host of restaurants and bars. Our personal favourite is "Mustards Restaurant" or "The Meze" does brilliant simple Turkish food. We love to take a walk along the promenade to Felpham and "The Lobster Pot" which is a lovely boutique seafront restaurant.
