We are a family who love to travel, having explored much of the UK & spent many happy summers driving around Europe we've been settled in East Kent for 20 years. It's just the loveliest place, beautiful sandy beaches which are windswept and solitary in the winter and buzzing and social in the summer. Our holiday homes in East Kent are our pride and joy & we love welcoming guests to our little corner of Kent. We are local hosts and available if you need any help. Our cheery, spacious & fully modernised holiday home is a perfect seaside haven for family or friendship groups. We've embraced colour to create a truly unique characterful space, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great family kitchen & lounge - you will be sure to make some wonderful memories in our 3 storey townhouse renovated in 2023. *Private Parking *Courtyard Garden *Moments from beach, coffee shops & restaurants. *2 bathrooms : 1 with shower over bath & 1 with walk in shower.

Neighbourhood information

Broadstairs is wonderful seaside town, it has a safe sandy beach, bustling town centre with cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. There's plenty to do on the beach with traditional rides on the beach in summer. Viking Bay is just a few minutes walk away. In the summer there are weekly fireworks and in the winter, lots of lovely walks, dog friendly beaches and amazing places to eat. our house is perfectly located, a few steps from one of the best Italians - La Sciliania & moments from excellent coffee shops. You can guarantee a wonderful holiday in this quaint little town.
