Welcome to our beautiful self-catering holiday home in Cheltenham! With its own private entrance, our spacious home is spread over two floors and has off-road parking for up to 3 cars. On the ground floor, you'll find a comfy lounge with seating for 7, a 65" flat-screen TV, and patio doors leading out to a fully enclosed private rear garden. The open-plan kitchen diner is perfect for entertaining and comes fully equipped for all your basic cooking needs. The dining area seats 8, and the kitchen features an under-counter fridge and freezer, a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, and induction hob. You'll also find a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary pods provided. There is also a side door that leads out to the rear garden. Downstairs also has a WC and bedroom 2, with a king-size zip-and-link bed that can be set up as single beds on request. Upstairs, there are 4 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom boasts another king-size zip-and-link bed and has its own en suite walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 also has a king-size zip-and-link bed, and bedrooms 4 and 5 both offer double beds. All bedrooms include wardrobes for hanging and storing your clothes. Lastly, the modern family bathroom upstairs offers a bath with a shower over. Outside, the quiet and private rear garden includes lounge seating for 8, a patio and lawn and a hot tub for 7. The front drive provides parking for up to 3 cars. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home is quiet and peaceful yet offers easy access to nearby attractions, including Cheltenham's Regency District and Promenade with its restaurants, bars, and shopping. Cheltenham is at the heart of The Cotswolds, with all its popular tourist destinations just a short drive away. Whether you're here on business or leisure, we hope to offer an unforgettable stay.
