Beautifully presented, newly built eco home. Set in 5 acres of land with scenic views. Orchard house is in the peaceful village of Corston with easy access to the cycle track and river Avon. Also a perfect location for visiting the vibrant city of Bath, which is just a short 9 minute car journey away. The house sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. The modern open plan kitchen/dining/living area makes this property ideal for a family holiday and a memorable stay. Dogs are charged at 50 pounds per dog per night. No use of the hot tub after 10.30pm We do accept hen dos as long as it’s for a quiet weekend away. Please be aware, there are audible security cameras on the property. They are located on the house, one facing the driveway and front entrance, one to the back of the property and one either side of the property. Please note there maybe other guests onsite in our apartment but the house has a fence around the outside patio for privacy with its own hot tub.
(WE DO ACCEPT HEN PARTIES, IF ITS FOR A QUIET WEEKEND) On arrival of the property, myself or my sister will greet you to get you checked in and show you how to access the house and answer any questions you may have. Please be aware there are security cameras on the property.
Orchard house is 9 a minute drive to the city centre of Bath. There is a local pub (The Globe) serving excellent food for all the family, with great country vibes. Just a short walk away, is Corston post office, which sells groceries, wine and newspapers. The post office operates only in day time hours. There is also a childrens playground and picnic area with great walks for anyone who is bringing a dog. Across the road from Orchard house is the cycle track and river Avon. There is a main bus route, just a short walk away that will take you into the city of bath. Also Newbridge park and ride is only a mile away.
