An inviting 4 bedroom house situated just a short walk away to James Cook University Hospital and only a 5 minutes drive to Middlesbrough town centre. The house is fully furnished as a perfect home away from home featuring a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, generous sized garden and private driveway parking. Sleeping up to 8 guests, it is an ideal place for families, groups of friends or for those working in the area.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in a safe and calm residential area with easy access to Middlesbrough town centre and nearby towns and cities. Car - easy access to M6 and M69. The property has a driveway that can fit up to 1 / 2 vehicles. Additional free and unrestricted street parking is also available nearby. Bus - there is a bus stop located 3 mins walk away. There is a service which runs every 30 mins and can take you to Middlesbrough town centre. We recommend looking on the Arriva website for full information on their bus routes. Taxi - we recommend using Dial A Cab or Boro Taxi. Uber also operates in the area. Electric Scooter Hire - there are various electric scooters dotted around the area available to hire via an app
