This delightful retreat offers modern comforts while maintaining its historic charm, making it the ideal base for exploring Birmingham and its surrounding attractions Guests will enjoy full access to the double room with en-suite, both living areas, a well-appointed kitchen, a utility area, and a fully fenced garden. Your room (on the ground floor) has a double bed, clothes storage, TV, black out blinds and desk area. En-suite included for all your needs (toilet, sink, walk in shower) - both bedroom and bathroom have full central heating. Toiletries are available if required. The space is thoughtfully designed for comfort, featuring a plush double bed, ample storage, a desk area for work or leisure, and blackout blinds for restful sleep. The en-suite bathroom boasts modern amenities, including a walk-in shower, ensuring a rejuvenating experience. Guests can indulge in culinary delights with the kitchen's premium appliances, including an air fryer and SAGE coffee machine, and enjoy the convenience of a personal fridge. The two living areas provide versatile spaces for relaxation, whether you're enjoying a quiet read or watching your favorite shows. There is access to a garden at the rear with furniture, fire pit and patio space. One host works from home so will be in and out regularly and the other host works shifts. With trains departing every 12 minutes, guests can easily navigate the city's attractions and beyond. Easy access to Birmingham Airport, Resorts World, M6, Belfry Golf Course, Villa Park (4 stops on the train), Utilita Arena, Drayton Manor, Alexander Stadium and the Jewellery Quarter. Use of drive for parking available - please request this via message once booked. Birmingham City Centre is 20 mins on the train (6 stops) Local neighbourhoods of Wylde Green (12 min walk), Boldmere (10 min walk) and Sutton Coldfield (25 min walk) all provide anything you may need for your stay.
