The living areas in this second-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, a dining area and a sitting area with Smart TV and sofa bed. There is one king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside there is on-street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Within 1.3 miles there is shop and 0.1 miles a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sunshine Apartment is a wonderful setting in Derbyshire. Note: The Milford Social Club is attached to the property and has live music and events on Fridays and Saturdays. Note: The sofa bed in the living room sleeps two guests.

Neighbourhood information

There are a number of excellent attractions and restaurants in the upmarket village of Duffield, which is located south of Belper. Come see what's left of Duffield Castle, play a round of golf with your friends at Chevin Golf Club, or go for a walk through the area's many trails. There is a historic town called Beaurepaire (meaning "beautiful retreat"), which dates back to the 13th century and is still known today by the name it was given at the time. The North Mill, Long Row, and the River Gardens are just a few of the town's current attractions. The Peak District towns of Matlock and Matlock Bath are located just 14 miles apart in the wooded gorge of River Derwent. Shops, bars, and restaurants line the streets of the Matlocks, which also features a wide variety of other attractions.
