Property information

Walking distance to the city centre and famous Shambles, with great views of York Minster, this brand new apartment has use of a state of the art gym and an all day reception. The flat is large and extremely comfortable containing two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and one with a separate bathroom, both with the latest appliances. Luxury sheets and towels are provided. The large living room has a double sofa bed, flatscreen Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen and there is a utility room too.

Neighbourhood information

This apartment is very convenient and central, being just moments from the city’s Roman walls. The famous and historic Shambles is a short walk as is the amazing ancient city centre of York with all its great restaurants, olde pubs, tourist attractions and shops. There is public parking very close by in the Foss Bank Shopping car park and an Asda supermarket and Costa Coffee are just downstairs. There is free unloading in their car parks for 1.5 hours and free parking on Little Hawthorn Road and all the streets from there . Uber and taxis operate everywhere in York and the 840/843 Coastliner bus (“Britain’s most beautiful bus route”) stops outside the property on Layerthorpe to/from York Station, the Racecourse and around central York - as well as to the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, Whitby on the coast, Malton and Leeds.
