Guests can also relax in the communal garden. Each room comes with either an en-suite or shared bathroom and all have tea/coffee making facilities. The guest house is located on a bus routes with services to Princes Street, Newhaven, Stockbridge, Straiton Retail Park etc passing every few minutes. The property is a 5-minute drive from the city centre and Edinburgh Haymarket train station. A number of night buses run through the night. Holyrood Park can be reached in a 15-minute walk and leads up to Arthur's Seat, offering panoramic views over the city. Breakfast is not available.
