    Good location close to the river Wye. Accessible for Hay and Brecon. Delicious breakfast, lots of options and very friendly and helpful hosts. Would recommend and hope to be back when next in the area. Nice pub within walking distance too.

    The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Was lovely to sit and chat over coffee when I arrived and every day once I got back to the property. They adjusted breakfast times to suit my day and were very friendly.

Swnygwy - the Sound of the Wye is a 1980s built detached family home. Only one bedroom is available for guests. The house lies 200 metres from the beautiful River Wye.
Rob is a retired teacher who runs guided tours and walks throughout the Brecon Beacons, Mid Wales and Herefordshire.
Boughrood is a lovely riverside village that lies close to the market towns of Hay-on-Wye, Brecon and Builth Wells. The Wye Valley Walk and National Cycle Way 8 pass through the village.
