The welcome book located in the house will provide you with many recommendations on your arrival, or please request beforehand. We love to host our guests and will do whatever we can to make sure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and quality standards for our serviced homes. The house should have all necessary amenities for your stay but should you feel that something is missing, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Property information

This beautiful 3 bedroom house is located just a stones throw away from restaurants, cafes and shops on Brook Street, and a 5 minute walk from not only the centre of Chester, but also from the train and bus station. ★Dogs are allowed to stay for a surcharge of forty pounds per stay. Dogs must not be left unattended or allowed upstairs/on furniture. Please let us know upon booking if you intend to bring a dog :) ★Upon arrival you will be welcomed by a well-kept living room with dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There is also a courtyard to the rear of the property. ★On the first floor you will find a family bathroom and two spacious double bedrooms. One has a separate dressing area large enough to comfortably fit the provided travel cot. ★Upstairs again is a is a large and comfortable double loft room.

Neighbourhood information

★The property is not only in the heart of Chester city centre, but it is also a close proximity to Cheshire Oaks designer outlet village and the City of Liverpool with its rich maritime history. ★With river bank walks, shopping, sight-seeing, good food and nightlife within a short walk, you will be kept busy, but will have a relaxing home to come back to after a long day! You will of course also be a short drive from Chester Zoo and the beautiful Cheshire countryside. ★We are here to help and would be happy to give recommendations for restaurants, bars, good country pubs, Cheshire walks and must see sights! The welcome book located in the house will provide you with many recommendations on your arrival, or please request beforehand. ★There is a 24hr car park located opposite the house - we will provide more details of this upon booking. ★Alternatively, the train station very a 5 minute walk away.
