- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking (e.g., cigarette butts, ash, or odors) will result in a £250 cleaning fee.
- No Parties or Events: Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Evidence of a party will result in a £250 fee.
- Noise Levels: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM. Guests must avoid significant noise or loud music during this time to respect neighbors.
- Restricted Items: No smoking, vaping, candles, or incense burners are permitted.
- Towel Usage: Towels provided must not be used for makeup or dirt removal. Breach of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees of up to £250.
- Visitor Policy: No parties, outside visitors, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the Host. Violations may incur additional charges of up to £250.
- Illegal Activities: The Guest must not engage in illegal activities on the property.
• Damages: The Guest is responsible for any damage to the property or its contents that occurs during their stay. All damages must be reported promptly. In cases where major repairs are required and extend beyond one day, the Guest may be liable for additional charges to cover lost revenue during the repair period.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be collected via Booking.com at the time of reservation. The deposit will be returned upon check-out, provided no damages have occurred during the stay.
• Liability: The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold the Host harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising during the stay, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by the Host.
• Check-Out: The Guest agrees to vacate the property by the designated check-out time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
• Cancellation Policy: As outlined in the reservation details provided through the booking platform.
• Termination: The Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of any breach of terms, including but not limited to violations of house rules or engagement in illegal activities. In such cases, the Guest may be required to vacate the premises immediately without entitlement to a refund.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
