It's in the heart of an amazing village, the house has a lot of history being one of the three pubs that used to be located in the village. There's a large public green opposite the property with a childrens park and Zipline, it's close to the train station. Hutton Cranswick is close to the coast, has good road and rail connections (HUT) and is also not too far away from Beverley (8 mins), Bridlington (27 mins), Hull (28 mins) and Scarborough (50 miins). In the village we're lucky to have Hutton Cranswick Post office, Hutton Cranswick Spar shop, James White butcher's, Hutton Cranswick Fish and chips / chinese takeaway, Stoves Cafe at the Garden Centre (Food served). Hutton Cranswick Farm Shop serving local produce and a cafe to sit in. Also there is the mainstay of the village which is the local pub (The White Horse, Hutton Cranswick) which serves a selection of drinks as well as food. The property is close to Driffield, the capital of the Wolds. Event venues nearby include Driffield Showgrounds, Sledmere House, Burton Agnes Hall, The Grand Lodge at Oaklands.
We both have lived in the Middle East and have enjoyed travelling and meeting new people. One of our loves is food, we're lucky to be blessed with good local suppliers and produce. Our other loves are swimming in the sea (not too far away) and going for walks with our dog (Roxy).
