Take advantage of the stream at the bottom or our field where you find a bench, swing and a perfect place to enjoy the last rays of the sun. Alternatively, immerse yourself in a book or sundowner whilst you relax under large oak trees. We are situated in the Hundred Acre Wood of A. A. Milne's famous fictional character, Winnie-the-Phoo bear. The property is located off the B2188 and offers secure private parking and by arrangement, the storage of bikes in our outside barn. We are a few minutes drive to both The Hatch Inn pub at Coleman's Place and the Dorset Arms in Hartfield.
