The Annexe is a converted art studio located in the garden of a family home. Stylish & well-equipped it is tucked away in the heart of a popular village close to many local amenities including village shop, post office, pub and restaurant.The Annexe has a well equipped open plan living/kitchen/dining area with combination oven/grill/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, Dualit kettle, fridge freezer, double electric hob, kitchenware, and utensils. Large, comfortable sofa with satellite television, DVD player, Wii, bluetooth speaker, magazines, books and games. There is a small but stylish bedroom with standard 4'6" double bed chest of drawers and dressing table. The shower room has a large walk-in shower, basin unit, toilet and underfloor heating. Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are all provided. Free wifi and electric heating throughout. There is a small private courtyard for "The Annexe" with table & chairs so you can sit outside and enjoy the morning sunshine.
The Annexe is owned by Emma who manages & markets the this stylish holiday home. She is a proud mummy, dog-owner, & a happy VW Camper-van owner. She runs her own business, Blue Sea, a marketing, design & project management company specialising in holiday home marketing and the renovation of holiday homes in the South Hams. Emma moved to South Devon 17 years ago and with beautiful beaches on their doorstep, and the town of Dartmouth nearby, with it's excellent local restaurants, centuries-old pubs, bistros & cafes to enjoy as well as exclusive boutiques & galleries to shop in, Emma & her family wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
Stoke Fleming is a friendly, peaceful Devon village in located in the South Hams close to beautiful Blackpool Sands (15 minute walk down the hill). The Annexe is in the heart of the village which has an fantastic pub (The Green Dragon) and a popular & restaurant (Radius 7) which has had amazing reviews. There is an excellent small village shop, a Post Office and a churches. We also have a wonderful village park with play area for children. There are lovely walks all around, the village is located on the SouthWest coast path. There is so much to see and do in the area...walking (of course) sightseeing, sailing, shopping in the naval Port of Dartmouth, days at the beach, visiting historic houses and gardens (Agatha Christies Greenways is closeby) or museums, art galleries and farmers markets, exploring the moors and the local market towns and enjoying a good meal and a drink at a nearby restaurant (Radius 7) or pub (The Green Dragon) - Sunny South Devon has something for everyone!
