Located right smack in the very centre of the town, this stunning second floor two bedroom apartment is situated in the hugely popular Friars development. The apartment is fitted to the highest standard with a spacious and luxurious lounge dinner, bespoke designer bath room by Abacus and state of the art kitchen. This NEW and modern one bedroom apartment has all mod coms and lounge sofa bed. The Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster and microwave plus all the expected dishes and utensils and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom has both a bath and over bath shower. There is an iron/ironing board and a hairdryer. This property is just a short walk from the train station with a great choice of bars (Symposium), restaurants (Gail's Bakery/Fork/Pestle and Mortar and Dill) and supermarkets (Waitrose) right on your doorstep.

A very short walk away is the Depot Cinema which is a new state of the art three screen community cinema. Being in the centre of the town, their are several High-quality sports facilities, popular Cafes, old inns and restaurants as well as a farmers market held the first weekend of every month. The internationally recognised Glyndebourne Opera House is located approximately 4 miles from Lewes. A thriving market town with a big personality 15 minutes from Brighton and an hour away from London, the historic town of Lewes is nestled in the stunning South Downs National Park and offers the ideal location for commuters wanting the best of both worlds. An Instagrammer’s dream, Lewes is chock-full of traditional charm with pretty tile-hung cottages, higgledy-piggledy streets and the town’s main attraction, medieval Lewes Castle.
