Very good overall, nice cozy room. Not too far from the train station. Shame I was only staying for the one night.

We enjoy what we do and like to host guests young and old, working or visiting from all over the country and the world. We enjoy positive feedback, that's why we like to do are best to make our guests stay as comfortable as we can.

Property info

Freshly decorated rooms with internal modern En suite shower room in and old style Guest House. 10 minutes walking distance to the city centre and University. 20 minutes walk to Barbican and sea front. Excellent place to stay for the Pavillions and Theatre Royal. We do not prepare food but you are more than welcome to order in.

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood is quiet, It is close to the city centre and sea front. There is street parking but there is a restriction Monday to Friday for one hour between 10:00 and !!:00 am, no restriction at weekends. We can not take card payments on site at present but we are able to take them via one of our other Guest houses close by if needs be.
