The Barn at Kington Grange is a fabulous barn conversion filled with character and personality. Sleeping 6 guests over 3 ensuite bedrooms, this rural escape is dog friendly and close to a wealth of attractions including Stratford-upon-Avon and Henley-in-Arden. The open plan living space creates a welcoming and sociable place to gather and there are two village pubs within a 30-minute walk. The barn is a fabulous blend of old and new with vaulted ceilings, and a wonderful wood burner. Stone floors are warmed by underfloor heating, mid-century furniture is strewn with colourful cushions and everywhere you turn there is something interesting to look at. The open-plan kitchen and dining space are crisscrossed with beams, framing the vaulted ceiling and feature floor to ceiling windows and double doors opening to the courtyard. To the rear of the barn is a private garden area with a lawn, perfect for garden games and a patio with a table and chairs, guests are welcome to use the owner's tennis court by prior arrangement. An additional fee of 150 GBP applies and it must be requested at the time of booking.  Please note a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable up to 60 days of arrival when your remaining balance payment is due. 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog/s and you will be sent a request for the additional fee.

Although seemingly deep in the countryside the Barn at Kington Grange is only a short distance from Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare’s birthplace and home to the Royal Shakespeare Company, the historic town of Warwick and Henley-in-Arden, renowned for its dining. On your doorstep, there are plenty of walks, and two friendly village pubs just a 30-minute stroll away. There is a Co-op in Henley-in-Arden (3.4 miles) and an M&S Simply Food in Stratford-upon-Avon (7.5 miles). Stratford-upon-Avon (9 miles) also has a Tesco Superstore, Morrisons and Waitrose. Henley-in-Arden also has a wealth of vintage boutiques and antique stores to explore.
