2+ acres of outside space including a natural swimming pond, hot tub, seating areas, BBQ, hammocks, swing chairs, a couple of kid friendly dens to find and a family of chickens. Please help yourself to eggs for breakfast. • Fully equipped + stocked kitchen • Onsite, secured parking for several vehicles • Hot tub and Swimming Pond • Separate games room • Log burner in living room We do have neighbours at the Barn House and if you are planning on having an loud outside summer party that goes on to late then this is possibly not the venue for you. We have had some issues when its hot and neighbours are sleeping with the windows open. There are several acres of grounds at the barn house and plenty of places including the hot tub to stay up late chatting, its the loud outside music that has been the problem. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this if you are unsure.
We moved to East Sussex from London in 2012 and I have spent quite a few years restoring the 16th century farm house and the surrounding out buildings. I now have an unhealthy obsession with old buildings and have had to leave my office job in London to pursue this further. When i'm not tinkering I like to travel with my family. We especially love Asia and are always looking for opportunities to go wild swimming. We are always keen to help and if you need us we should be in the main house. We are happy to show you around however a key will be available in a key safe next to the barn itself. We will ensure you have our contact numbers so you can always reach us should you need us.
