The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and multi-function oven, while the stylish bathroom and cosy living space make it a perfect rural retreat.
Just 1.5km from Truro city centre, and less than a 10 minute drive from the nearest supermarket and shops.
With wifi and a handy workspace, this is also great spot for remote workers.
