The Coach House, has recently been completed to the highest standard and provides open plan, accommodation and kitchen area. The finishes and furnishings are of excellent quality, giving a home from home feel with a sophisticated and stylish ambience. There is an additional double bed space located under the eaves and approached via a library ladder. To the rear is a bijou patio area with seating and table. Parking can be available by arrangement
We live in the adjacent house and are available if needs be but the accommodation is fully self contained.
The location is excellent being 5 minutes walk from Guildford High Street with its extensive range of shopping, entertainment and transport facilities. It is close to the Surrey Hills and near numerous National Trust properties including Hatchlands, Clandon, Polsden Lacey, and Winkworth Arboretum Guildford boasts elegant shops, theatres, cinemas and quality restaurants. The Citys historic heart has a castle and a river. Trains to London Waterloo in 35 minutes from Guildfords main station. London Road station (Guildford) is s short walk away, also providing direct access to central London. There is on site parking
