We all need a place to rejuvenate from the stresses of everyday life and indulge our senses in a walk on the sea front. a quite place to read, or sit outside and simply breath. This property offers our guests a extra special feeling of relaxation and indulgence, unlike other B&Bs, this beautiful accommodation is presented as tranquil space throughout. Each room is softly decorated in muted colour schemes, the linen luxurious and beds of the highest quality. Guests can enjoy the Indoor Hydro Pool and Garden Hot Tub. The Pool area has under floor heating and a walk in shower facilities, with sun loungers and Blue Tooth Speakers so you may select you genre of favourite tunes. We invite our guests to enjoy the spacious lounge area and conservatory, which is light and restful, with views of a lush green garden. Free tea and coffee available all day. We encourage our guest to use the facilities and place snacks and alcohol in the fridges provided in the lounge. Our Family suite is very spacious with the added bonus of two rooms adjoining each other with a private door and shared bathroom, ideal for a family or small group of friends. Book an Afternoon Cream Tea.. Or relish a solo swim.. A warm welcomes awaits you. It is our pleasure to meet you and help make your stay a memorable one.

Neighbourhood information

We are situated in the heart of Felpham Village, just a short stroll to the sea front, where you will find Tennis Courts, a Yacht club and two pretty cafes. The Lobster Pot is a superb place for food, The Boat House a wonderful place with plenty of outside seating, a memorable place to watch the sun go down. The Village is 16th Century with a local church, butchers and post office and supports 3 excellent pubs which all serve delicious food. the locals are a friendly bunch, helpful and appreciative of visitors. We are 15 minutes from Goodwood Races and 3 Golf courses to choose from. The area has beautiful walks and places to cycle too. Chichester is the main shopping area outside of Bognor Regis, offering boutique shops and plenty of restaurants, Theatres and entertainment too. Butlins is only one mile from here but we are predominantly without the tourist brigade here. I am sure that this location is ideal for the weary worker, and a perfect get away for family and couples.
