The Dairy, a single-storey abode, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, a dining area seating two people, a sitting area with a Smart TV and a woodburning stove, an external shared utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom consists of a king-size with a freestanding bath, along with an en-suite wet room. Outside, there is an enclosed patio and lawn garden with furniture, barbecue, bike storage, shared tennis court, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.8 miles, you will find a shop, within 3.7 miles, you will find a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. Whisk your loved one away to this Lincolnshire escape at The Dairy. The historic market town of Brigg is a small market town in North Lincolnshire and is built on the crossing of the River Ancholme and was granted a charter in 1235. The town hosts two regular markets; a farmers and a street market. A significant number of buildings in the town centre date back to the late 1700s or early 1800s and are listed. The old town has been designated as a Conservation Area. The gently rolling landscape and picturesque villages prove a magnet for cyclists, walkers and wildlife lovers, with the Viking Way many quiet trails and country lanes to explore. Enjoy a round of golf at one of the local courses at Elsham, Forest Pines or Normanby Park or the tree-lined, 18-hole golf course at Market Rasen, visit the National Hunt racecourse, or spend a day on one of the Lincolnshire Coast's unspoilt sandy beaches. Visit Lincoln, with its 11th century castle, beautiful cathedral and vast array of shops. For antiques lovers, Europe's largest antiques centre at Hemswell and the market town of Horncastle are within easy reach. Journeying north, visit Hull, the city of culture in 2017, Beverley, a lovely market town full of history with a beautiful minster church and York with a wealth of places to visit.
