The Dairy is a unique and beautifully renovated tiny home, with an open plan living area and a mezzanine sleeping deck. The property is set in a peaceful secluded valley, only 5 minutes drive from the market town of Tavistock. There is a south facing deck, equipped with barbecue and sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and alfresco dining. The sleeping area has limited head height and is accessed by ladder only, please do not book if this is at all challenging for you.

The Dairy is set on a smallholding in a secluded valley, the market town of Tavistock with its independent shops and pannier market is a 5 minute drive away. The Dartmoor National Park is within a few minutes drive and both the North and South coast of Devon are less than an hour away. There are several National Trust properties and beautiful gardens to explore nearby. There is a wealth of outdoor activities ranging from cycling, fishing, sailing, hiking and forest walks to be found locally. The city of Plymouth is 30 minutes away and offers a huge range of activities There is a great pub ‘The Blacksmiths Arms’ in Lamerton village a mile from the property The owners live on the smallholding and are usually around should you need any assistance.
