A luxury 2 bedroom annexe conversion in 2021 with additional sleeping options available for upto 5 guests. The holiday property has its own Tuff Spa hot tub available for guests to hire in its private garden with access to a 10 acre field being developed into a cider orchard and glamping site to stroll around. We appreciate not all our customers want to use a hot tub during their stay. Therefore this facility is bookable as an extra charge. Secure private parking and in close proximity to the historical market town of Newark on Trent. In striking distance of two traditional local public houses, the river trent with lots of scenic walks available. During the apple harvest seasons guests can get involved in apple picking, pressing and tasting our own grown cider! We also have wooden pods, a lodge and bell tents over the summer months here on our glamping site BrackenXcapes. Feel free to find us online for the best deals including whole site bookings with our range of marquees and pagodas for weddings, celebrations and mini festivals catering for up to 400 people.

Married 17 years with two children, Nigel and Laura have settled in North Muskham and are keen to offer holiday letting experiences to travelling guests. Wanting the best for their guests they want to create fantastic memories for staying groups with access to a beautifully converted annexe with luxury wood fired hot tub and extra outdoor space to the 10 acre land being slowly developed on site into a cider apple orchard. They also have wooden glamping pods on site a beautiful 2 storey lodge and bell tents over the summer months at BrackenXcapes. They host whole site bookings from celebrations, parties, wedding receptions, summer festivals and much more in their huge marquee options. North Muskham offers some superb riverside walks for hikers and two traditional public houses. Within a short distance is the Ashiana a fine local Indian restaurant. The town of Newark is a short bus or car ride away steeped in civil war history and much more.
