The Gate House offers a luxury over night stay with a small enclosed vegetable patch to the rear with outside seating area for your Breakfast or just to relax with a glass of wine.
The Gate House is very close to Long Melford just a short drive away, or walk across the fields . There is lots of amenities there,including restaurants cafes and pubs,
Also close by is Kentwell Hall and Long Melford Hall which you can visit.

We have many shared interests such as gardening and walking our dogs, Lauren lives in the next village along and spends lots of her time with her 12 year old son Oscar James, Lauren loves all things home and garden and enjoys trips to the beach,

Long Melford is a long established historic village with Melford Hall and Kentwell Hall being of particulate interest and available to view . The Medieval village of Lavenham is just a short drive away . The Gate House is situated in the grounds of approx. Six acres of garden ,Surrounded by farm land. Formal rose gardens with Box Hedging are set either side of the main house . The rear garden has approx four acres of mature trees and small lake .
Long Melford can be reached by walking across the fields or by car . There is parking in the Historic Long Melford high street which boasts being the longest village high street in the country . Parking at the Gate House is provide in a covered Cart Lodge at the end of the drive .
