Company information

We are a family ran Guest House originally from the Midlands. With previous roles , Carer, Administrator, publican and Cleaner - We decided to put all our talents together to make a warm and friendly Guest House that people would enjoy visiting year after year. We are always open to feedback as we want our guests to revisit and have the best holiday experience the possibly can so let us know what you thought and tell your friends and family if you enjoyed your stay.

The George Guest house has some unique features and Fully Licenced Bar. We offer use of a travel cot for your little ones if you need it. We have 3 shared bathrooms or you could take advantage of our luxury en-suite Double rooms. Great attention to detail and cleanliness has been the focus point of this guest house with most saying it has that "home from home" feeling. We are situated at the North side of Bridlington, four minutes from the Harbour, shops and cafes.

Neighbourhood information

There are many things to do in Bridlington for all the family. There are two beautiful beaches - North Bay near the new sports and leisure centre and South Bay near the Spa Theatre. On the North side there is a beach train that will take you to Sewerby Hall and Bonville the model village. The fun fair will keep the whole family entertained hours with many rides to suit all ages. If the rain pours and you seek indoor activities then the Bridlington Forum is for you with a large arcade, bowling ally, cinema, restaurant with carvery and bars. If you fancy going back in time then visit Bridlington old town which was the set for "Dads Army" The Movie. Bempton Cliffs nature reserve is home to many seabirds. From the safety of the cliff edge viewpoints you can experience close views of the birds as they find a mate and raise their chicks. You may also want to browse the RSPB shop and enjoy some retail therapy.
