This is a spacious, stylish, immaculately presented studio apartment, on the ground floor of a Victorian stucco building, located in the heart of the desirable West end of Folkestone in Bouverie Village.

Folkestones' Bouverie village was historically a residential area during the Edwardian and Victorian era, but has evolved into a unique enclave of small businesses offering a micro pub, a wide range of eateries, hairdressers, an antique shop, and a Tesco metro. The apartment is minutes away from The Leas famous cliff top Promenade, with its stunning views across the Channel to France. It is a 5 minute stroll to The Lower Leas Coastal Park, the town centre, and the beach. The apartment is conveniently placed for transport links being only 0.5 miles from both Folkestone Central Train Station and Folkestone Bus Station.
