Today it features an excellent late opening local shop and welcoming local pub, The Railway Inn, which serves local ales and food. There is also a popular fish and chip shop, Docking Fish Bar. Children will enjoy a short walk to burn off some energy on Docking's playground for a game of football or frisbee on the playing fields.
