This fantastic property is a two-bedroom Victorian townhouse apartment in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon, overlooking the garden of Shakespeare’s Birthplace. It is ideal for indulgent or romantic breaks for couples, families or friends as a base to explore Shakespeare’s Stratford and the Royal Shakespeare Theatres, the River Avon and day trips to the north Cotswolds. Stratford’s High Street is a two-minute walk, while the theatres are a ten-minute walk. This self-contained accommodation, on the second floor, has undergone a complete makeover in February 2024 with brand new carpets and interior decoration. It is suitable for up to four people. At the front of the property is a combined living room and kitchen/diner. It’s a lovely, cosy room with two sofas and Smart TV (Netflix, Prime video. Guests need to make us aware if they require both single beds. Guest access Free off-street parking to the rear of the property – this is a shared driveway/parking area with other properties, but with a locked, coded gate to access.
