Hello! We look forward to meeting new people and sharing the experience of the Lake District. All rooms are self check in & out and we have a cafe downstairs where breakfast and lunch are served all through the day.

Set at the bottom of the fells in the picturesque village of Hawkshead sits the Hive at Hawkshead nestled in the buzz of the village the amazing landscape surrounding Hawkshead with its views of the surrounding hills, fields and rivers. With nearby Esthwiate , Windermere and coniston just over the hill. The Hive at hawkshead offers boutique accommodation for all people what ever the occassion. We have rooms for all. We are nestled above the lovely Poppi Red Cafe.
